We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential when shopping for footwear online. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and packaging included.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Return shipping instructions
- Exchange options (if applicable)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include the following with your return:
- The item(s) in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging
- Copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Return authorization number clearly marked on the package
Step 4: Processing Your Return/Exchange
Once we receive your return package, please allow:
- 3-5 business days for processing
- Additional time for exchanges to be shipped out
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days after we process your return (processing time depends on your bank)
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days after we process your return
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Information
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- We’ll cover the shipping costs for your replacement item
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they arrive defective or damaged:
- All slippers (due to direct foot contact)
- Customized or special order footwear
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Note: Our hiking boots, clogs, heels, and sandals are eligible for returns as long as they meet our return conditions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
